Google Drive and personal media

The application uses Google Drive authorization to store, retrieve, and verify the specific files used with the application, including associated personal media. It also stores related metadata in its private database and maintains an encrypted local media backup.

Google authorization credentials are stored privately on the owner’s system. Files are not made publicly accessible by this connection.

Separate processing choices

Optional processing by other services requires separate authorization. Renewing the Drive connection does not itself authorize new processing or broader access.

Owner control and revocation

The owner controls the records and files and can revoke the application’s Google access through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized Drive operations; it does not automatically delete existing records or backup copies. Retention and removal of those copies are managed separately by the owner.
